• Safety- All personnel undergo orientation with our Safety Coordinator. Daily safety meetings covering the requirements for each day, and ongoing safety inspections are mandatory. Our Safety Coordinator is OSHA trained and certified and is available to our clients for consulting.
  
• Working Hour Documentation- Every employee is required to report his or her hours and where and what those hours were spent doing. These documents are retained in our office for two years and our client's accounting personal can request these documents for auditing. Supervisor/Foreman/Lead report, listing name of employee, hours worked and performance grade for the day. This report is given to client's maintenance supervisor, who will be asked to review it and sign it.
  
• Work Week- Our work week is set up from Wednesday to Tuesday to minimize or eliminate weekend overtime. We do not charge holiday rates they are the same as our regular rates.
  
• Equipment Charges- Our Equipment charges pertain to welding centers only. Each welding center contains a cutting torch outfit, wire-feed welding outfit, and a conventional 110 AC power source. The client is charged only for the welding machine.
  
• Welding-Wire Technology- Is brought to the field. We have a higher efficiency, deeper penetration and a better deposition rate than traditional stick welding. Our clients have remarked that the field welds we produce are of the same or better quality as that of shop welds.
  
• Leadership- Depending on what the manning requirements are, we structure our teams accordingly. Generally, for every five employees we have one lead. For every three leads we have one foreman. For every five foremen we have one general foreman.
  
• Invoicing- Our procedures for billing are tailored to suit each of our clients needs. We can structure it with a combination of descriptions, amounts, and back-up documentation in the order the customer would prefer. Our policy with new clients is to visit with the client’s accounting personnel to accomplish customization and transparency.
